Approach:
- Visualized workflow using a physical and digital Kanban board.
- Set WIP limits and defined service classes.
- Introduced metrics: Cycle Time, Throughput, CFD.
Results:
- Reduced cycle time by 40% within 2 months.
- Boosted focus and minimized context switching.
Large International Automotive Corporation (SAFe)
- Goal: Scale Agile across multiple departments and countries to improve alignment and delivery speed.

- Introduced SAFe and trained 10+ Agile Release Trains (ARTs).
- Facilitated PI Planning, Inspect & Adapt workshops, and Scrum of Scrums.
- Supported Product Management in writing Features and Enablers.

NGO Supporting Refugees (Scrum for Non-Tech Teams, for free)
- Goal: Improve coordination and responsiveness in a volunteer-driven organization.
Approach:
- Introduced lightweight Scrum practices: Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, and Retrospectives.
- Adapted terminology to non-technical contexts.
- Supported Product Owner in backlog grooming.
Results:
- Volunteers reported better clarity and ownership.

National Energy Supplier (OKR)
- Goal: Introduce OKR across departments to increase alignment, focus, and strategic transparency in a complex, regulated environment.
Approach:
- Ran executive workshops to define company-wide Objectives and cascade them down to business units.
- Trained over 100 employees (including leadership, team leads, and individual contributors) in OKR fundamentals and practical application.
- Facilitated three OKR cycles, supporting teams in crafting meaningful Key Results and running regular check-ins.
Results:
- 85% of teams successfully adopted OKR within the first year.
- Leadership reported better decision-making through quarterly progress reviews.
